To Paul Foisie and Family, Please accept my condolences. I met Phyllis several years ago through a mutual friend. We shared a background in paralegal training and, at the time, Phyllis was launching her business. She was a very enthusiastic woman who, to me, seemed to go full-speed ahead. Her energy and commitment was infectious. A great love of life seemed to be part of her persona. Our lives intersected only twice but it was enough to leave a very strong impression that here was an entrepreneur, wife, and mother who loved the challenges of every day. God Bless
