Dear Franklin Family, Hubert was our neighbor on Blair Road. He was a very special person and his friendship meant a lot to us. He was a very thoughtful person, always remembering us at Christmas and was a great neighbor to have. You could always depend on him for help if you needed it. He would even accept with thanks any pies we sent over, even if the quality was sometimes questionable (smile)He had a very independent spirit and we will really miss him.
